FOR THE PLAN, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A DOMESTIC VIOLENCE SHELTER IN GALLUP IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred ninety-five thousand dollars ($195,000) for the plan, design and construction of a domestic violence shelter in Gallup in McKinley county.
