FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A CANOPY OVER A BUILDING ON THE FAIRGROUNDS IN OTERO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to construct a clear-span metal canopy over an existing building as an independent structure on the fairgrounds in Otero county.
