FOR IMPROVEMENTS AND CONSTRUCTION AT THE MEDICAL CENTER IN LAS VEGAS IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

thirty-eight million seven hundred nineteen thousand dollars ($38,719,000) to improve and construct the medical center in Las Vegas in San Miguel county.
