FOR THE MESQUITE HISTORICAL DISTRICT IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) for planning, design and construction in the Mesquite historical district in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
