REAUTHORIZATION TO EXPAND THE PURPOSE AND EXTEND THE EXPENDITURE PERIOD OF A
SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION TO DESIGN AND CONSTRUCT WATER SYSTEM
IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE COMMUNITY WATER SYSTEM IN GALLINA IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.
The appropriation
made in Subsection U of Section 9 of Chapter 118 of Laws 1998 to the department
of environment to complete community water system repairs in Gallina in Rio
Arriba county may also be expended to design and construct water system
improvements for the water system in Gallina in Rio Arriba county. The period in which this appropriation may be
expended is extended through fiscal year 2005.
Any unexpended balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall
revert to the severence tax bonding fund.
