FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN CUBA IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for engineering, assessment, design and construction of sewer system improvements in Cuba in Sandoval county; and

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) for engineering, assessment, design and construction of the water system in Cuba in Sandoval county.
