FOR TECHNOLOGY, FURNITURE AND OTHER EQUIPMENT FOR THE HOY RECOVERY PROGRAM IN ESPANOLA IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to purchase and install computer technology, furniture and other equipment for the Hoy recovery program's medically monitored detoxification component at the facility in Velarde in Rio Arriba county.
