FOR DESIGNING AND CONSTRUCTING "SMART" LAB ENVIRONMENTS IN THE ESPANOLA PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the public education department

one hundred eighty-five thousand three hundred ninety-two dollars ($185,392) for designing and constructing a "smart" lab environment at Espanola middle school in the Espanola public school district in Rio Arriba county;

one hundred eighty-five thousand three hundred ninety-two dollars ($185,392) for designing and constructing a "smart" lab environment at Carlos F. Vigil middle school in the Espanola public school district in Rio Arriba county; and

two hundred seven thousand seven hundred forty-two dollars ($207,742) for designing and constructing a "smart" lab environment at Espanola Valley high school in the Espanola public school district in Rio Arriba county.
