FOR WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE DONA ANA MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred seventy thousand dollars ($170,000) for water system improvements, including engineering, planning, permitting and installation, for the Dona Ana mutual domestic water consumers association in Dona Ana county.
