FOR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT FOR THE AGUA SANA MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

eight thousand dollars ($8,000) to purchase equipment for the Agua Sana mutual domestic water consumers association billing program in Rio Arriba county.
