FOR THE FIRE DEPARTMENT IN HERNANDEZ IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

six hundred forty-six thousand dollars ($646,000) to acquire land, plan, design, construct and equip the fire department in Hernandez in Rio Arriba county.
