FOR PURCHASING AND RENOVATING A BUILDING FOR A READING PROGRAM IN ESPANOLA IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

forty thousand dollars ($40,000) to purchase and renovate a building for a reading program in Espanola in Santa Fe county.
