FOR IMPROVEMENTS AND UPGRADES FOR REGINA MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

five hundred five thousand dollars ($505,000) for improvements and upgrades to the Regina mutual domestic water consumers association in Sandoval county.
