FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAM AREA AT THE COUNTY JUVENILE DETENTION CENTER IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to construct the mental health program area at the county juvenile detention center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
