FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN RIO RANCHO IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

 

 

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

 

          to the state agency on aging

 

one hundred seventy-five thousand three hundred thirty-one dollars ($175,331) to replace the Meadowlark senior center heating, ventilation and air conditioning system in Rio Rancho in Sandoval county; and

 

• to the department of transportation

 

forty thousand dollars ($40,000) for a Chessman area drainage master plan in Rio Rancho in Sandoval county;

 

two hundred seventy-eight thousand dollars ($278,000) for intersection improvements at Fortieth street and Northern boulevard in Rio Rancho in Sandoval county;

 

one hundred eighty-three thousand dollars ($183,000) for sidewalks in Rio Rancho in Sandoval county;

 

six hundred ten thousand dollars ($610,000) to improve Idalia road and Chessman drive in Rio Rancho in Sandoval county; and

 

eight hundred thousand dollars ($800,000) for drainage and improvement of Rio Vista drive in Rio Rancho in Sandoval county; and

 

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

 

one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) for grading and installation of an irrigation system and sod for multi-use sports fields in Rio Rancho in Sandoval county;

 

two hundred thirty-three thousand one hundred dollars ($233,100) for a youth services center in the new central library in Rio Rancho in Sandoval county;

 

eighty-five thousand dollars ($85,000) to purchase an ambulance for the Enchanted Hills emergency medical services substation in Rio Rancho in Sandoval county;

 

two hundred seventy thousand dollars ($270,000) to purchase dog kennels for Rio Rancho in Sandoval county;

 

forty-two thousand dollars ($42,000) to purchase semi-automatic defibrillators for public safety patrol vehicles in Rio Rancho in Bernalillo county; and

 

sixty-one thousand five hundred dollars ($61,500) to purchase and install playground equipment, a shade structure and a water fountain in a community park in the Star Heights area of Rio Rancho in Sandoval county.
