HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 379

46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

REQUESTED BY Brian K. Moore

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN CLOVIS IN CURRY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of transportation

eight hundred thousand dollars ($800,000) to plan, design, acquire rights of way for and reconstruct west Seventh street in Clovis in Curry county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to plan, design, construct and equip a swimming pool in Clovis in Curry county;

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to plan, design, purchase and install refrigeration and other equipment at the Life Saver food bank in Clovis in Curry county;

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design, acquire, equip, renovate and construct buildings and infrastructure at the Clovis industrial park in Curry county; and

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to plan, design, acquire, equip, renovate and construct a building for the Clovis-Curry county business development center.
