HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 375

46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

REQUESTED BY Brian K. Moore

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN TUCUMCARI IN QUAY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

eight hundred thirty-eight thousand one hundred dollars ($838,100) to plan, design, repair, renovate and construct water system improvements in Tucumcari in Quay county; and

one million six hundred twelve thousand three hundred dollars ($1,612,300) to plan, design, repair, renovate and construct a wastewater treatment facility in Tucumcari in Quay county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to plan, design, repair and renovate the municipal public library in Tucumcari in Quay county;

one hundred fifteen thousand dollars ($115,000) to plan, design, repair, renovate and construct improvements to the municipal swimming pool in Tucumcari in Quay county; and

seven hundred sixty-eight thousand six hundred seventy-five dollars ($768,675) to plan, design, repair, renovate and construct underground infrastructure in Tucumcari in Quay county.
