FOR THE SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT IN TORRANCE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

forty thousand five hundred dollars ($40,500) for police safety equipment, including a motor vehicle, vehicle safety equipment and bullet-proof vests, for the sheriff's department in Torrance county.
