REQUESTED BY James Roger Madalena

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS FOR THE THIRTEENTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT IN SANDOVAL, VALENCIA AND CIBOLA COUNTIES.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the thirteenth judicial district court

ten thousand dollars ($10,000) for equipment and information technology for the thirteenth judicial district court in Sandoval, Valencia and Cibola counties; and

thirty-six thousand dollars ($36,000) to purchase furniture and equipment for the thirteenth judicial district court in Sandoval county.
