HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 267

FOR THE WEST MESA COMMUNITY CENTER AND THE ERNA FERGUSSON PORTABLE LIBRARY IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

eighty-nine thousand dollars ($89,000) to plan, design, construct or renovate the West Mesa community center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county; and

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to relocate the Erna Fergusson portable library, including site preparation, water and electrical hookup and sewage improvements, from the McKinley service center to the west side of Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
