FOR RENOVATING THE PERFORMING ARTS CENTER AT PORTALES HIGH SCHOOL IN THE PORTALES MUNICIPAL SCHOOL DISTRICT IN ROOSEVELT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the public education department

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to renovate the performing arts center at Portales high school in the Portales municipal school district in Roosevelt county.
