FOR UPGRADES TO THE DE BACA COUNTY COURTHOUSE.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for upgrades to meet compliance for the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 at the county courthouse in De Baca county.
