FOR DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A STATEWIDE AFRICAN-AMERICAN PERFORMING AND CULTURAL ARTS EXHIBIT HALL AT THE STATE FAIRGROUNDS IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state fair commission

one million three hundred thousand dollars ($1,300,000) for the design and construction of a statewide African-American performing and cultural arts exhibit hall, administrative offices and appurtenances at the state fairgrounds in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
