FOR CONVENTION CENTER IMPROVEMENTS IN RATON IN COLFAX COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for convention center improvements in Raton in Colfax county.
