FOR IMPROVEMENTS AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE SABINOSO COMMUNITY DITCH ASSOCIATION IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the interstate stream commission

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for improvements and equipment for the Sabinoso community ditch association in San Miguel county.
