FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT THE LOMAS LIBRARY AND LOS ALTOS POOL IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to design, construct and renovate Lomas library, including electrical and plumbing upgrades, in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county; and

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to design, construct and renovate the diving tank at Los Altos pool in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
