FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS
AT NEW MEXICO HIGHLANDS UNIVERSITY IN LAS VEGAS IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.
I request that the following capital
outlay projects be funded:
• to the board of regents of
four million dollars ($4,000,000) for
residence hall repairs and for student center and cafeteria expansion and
relocation at New Mexico highlands university in Las Vegas in San Miguel
county;
one million two hundred fifty thousand
dollars ($1,250,000) to design, construct and equip the sports complex at New
Mexico highlands university in Las Vegas in San Miguel county;
two million nine hundred fifty thousand dollars
($2,950,000) for replacing water and sewer lines and making improvements
related to water conservation at New Mexico highlands university in Las Vegas
in San Miguel county;
three hundred fifty thousand dollars
($350,000) for purchasing vehicles at New Mexico highlands university in Las
Vegas in San Miguel county; and
three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000)
for technology infusion at New Mexico highlands university in Las Vegas in San Miguel
county.
