FOR PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE EDUCATION COMPLEX AT THE NATIONAL HISPANIC CULTURAL CENTER IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the office of cultural affairs

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) for planning and development of the education complex at the National Hispanic cultural center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
