FOR HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION IN THE RED VALLEY CHAPTER OF THE NAVAJO NATION IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of transportation

six million dollars ($6,000,000) for new highway construction in the Red Valley chapter of the Navajo Nation in San Juan county.
