FOR IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE CHIMAYO MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN CHIMAYO IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

eight hundred fifty thousand dollars ($850,000) to plan, design and construct community water system improvements for the Chimayo mutual domestic water consumers association in Chimayo in Rio Arriba county.
