FOR UPGRADING WATER LINES IN THE NORTH STAR WATER USERS ASSOCIATION IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to upgrade the water lines from county road 2978 to county road 2770 in the North Star water users association in San Juan county.
