I request that the following capital
outlay projects be funded:
• to the department of environment
two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000)
to acquire trucks, trailers or equipment necessary for Guadalupe county to haul
waste to Vaughn, Moriarty or Logan for disposal in Guadalupe county; and
•
to the local government division of the department of finance and
administration
two hundred fifty thousand dollars
($250,000) to restore the original stone courthouse, a historical landmark, in
four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000)
for planning and designing a new hospital building in
