FOR CHURCH ROCK CHAPTER OFFICE FACILIITIES AND MCKINLEY COUNTY BUILDING CONSTRUCTION.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to construct Church Rock chapter office facilities and McKinley county police, fire and emergency medical substations and a senior center in McKinley county.
