FOR THE AMERICAN INDIAN CULTURAL CENTER AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

three hundred forty-five thousand six hundred fifty dollars ($345,650) for the planning and design of the American Indian cultural center at New Mexico state university in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
