FOR PLANNING, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF THE PARKS AND RECREATION OFFICE BUILDING AND WORKSHOP IN BLOOMFIELD IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design and construct the parks and recreation office building and workshop in Bloomfield in San Juan county.
