FOR PHASE 1 EXPANSION AND ROOF REPLACEMENT AT THE RUIDOSO BRANCH OF EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) for phase 1 expansion and roof replacement at the Ruidoso branch of eastern New Mexico university in Lincoln county.
