HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 50

46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

REQUESTED BY Miguel P. Garcia

FOR PHASE 1 PLANNING, DESIGN, ACQUISITION OF RIGHTS OF WAY, IMPROVEMENTS AND CONSTRUCTION, INCLUDING DRAINAGE, TO SUNSET ROAD IN THE SOUTH VALLEY AREA OF BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of transportation

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) for phase 1 planning, design, acquisition of rights of way, improvements and construction, including drainage, to Sunset road from Bridge boulevard south to Bowe lane in the south valley area of Bernalillo county.
