FOR ACQUIRING EQUIPMENT FOR KRWG-TV AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) for acquiring equipment to convert to digital television broadcast technology for KRWG-TV at New Mexico state university in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
