HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 22

46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

REQUESTED BY Dianne Miller Hamilton

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN SILVER CITY IN GRANT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($375,000) for lighting the two remaining ball fields in the Ben Altamirano sports complex in Silver City in Grant county;

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for Memory Lane cemetery improvements in Silver City in Grant county; and

five hundred forty thousand dollars ($540,000) to upgrade and replace sidewalks in Silver City in Grant county.
