FOR EXPANDING THE PURPOSE OF A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION FOR THE GAMERCO WATER AND SANITATION DISTRICT IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

The proceeds from the sale of severance tax bonds appropriated to the department of environment pursuant to Subsection 21 of Section 15 of Chapter 110 of Laws 2002 to construct an additional storage tank and booster station and make related improvements in the Gamerco water and sanitation district in McKinley county may also be expended to plan and design for the construction of the additional storage tank and the improvements.
