AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A MEN'S SOCCER TEAM AT EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university for expenditure in fiscal year 2005 to establish a national collegiate athletic association division 2 men's soccer team. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general fund.
