AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE NEW MEXICO OFFICE OF INDIAN AFFAIRS FOR A GOVERNMENT OFFICE COMPLEX FEASIBILITY STUDY IN THE TWIN LAKES CHAPTER IN THE NAVAJO NATION.

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Eighty-one thousand dollars ($81,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs for expenditure in fiscal year 2005 for a government office complex feasibility study in the Twin Lakes chapter in the Navajo Nation. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general fund.
