AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO CREATE A CHRONOLOGICAL POLITICAL HISTORY OF NEW MEXICO.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION--CHRONOLOGICAL POLITICAL HISTORY.--Twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the office of cultural affairs for expenditure in fiscal year 2005 for the purpose of funding mechanical costs of producing a chronological political history of New Mexico. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general fund.
