AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PROVIDE FOR A THERAPY PROGRAM AND RELATED SERVICES IN CHAVES COUNTY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Eighteen thousand four hundred fifty dollars ($18,450) is appropriated from the general fund to the local government division of the department of finance and administration for expenditure in fiscal year 2005 to contract to provide a horse therapy program and related services for physically and mentally challenged individuals in Chaves county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general fund.
