    Your CONSERVATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 443

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 22, strike "eighteen" and insert in lieu thereof "nineteen".

    2. On page 2, between lines 17 and 18, insert the following new paragraph:

             "(10) the executive director of the New Mexico association of conservation districts or the executive director's designee;".

    3. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
