AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES PLANNING COUNCIL FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THE ADVOCACY RESOURCE CENTER.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the developmental disabilities planning council for expenditure in fiscal year 2005 for development of the advocacy resource center. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general fund.
