AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE BOARD OF REGENTS OF WESTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY FOR TEACHER TECHNOLOGY TRAINING AND TECHNOLOGY EQUIPMENT.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Fifteen thousand dollars  ($15,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the     board of regents of western New Mexico university for expenditure in fiscal year 2005 to provide training for teachers to use educational technology and to purchase related equipment, including software and videotapes. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general fund.
