AN ACT
MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE BOARD OF REGENTS OF NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY TO CONTINUE DEVELOPMENT OF THE SABER Y HACER CURRICULUM.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2005 to continue development of the saber y hacer curriculum to provide college preparatory training statewide for Hispanic students. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general fund.
