AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE COMMUNITY COLLEGE BOARD OF SANTA FE COMMUNITY COLLEGE TO FULLY IMPLEMENT A JOINT ADMINISTRATIVE SOFTWARE INITIATIVE THAT WILL SERVE SANTA FE COMMUNITY COLLEGE, NORTHERN NEW MEXICO STATE SCHOOL AND NEW MEXICO JUNIOR COLLEGE.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One million two hundred thousand dollars ($1,200,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the community college board of Santa Fe community college for expenditure in fiscal year 2005 to fully implement a joint administrative software initiative that will serve Santa Fe community college, northern New Mexico state school and New Mexico junior college. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general fund.
