    Your BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 363, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 25, strike "each" and insert in lieu thereof "the class A".

     2. On page 4, line 3, before "licensee" insert "class B".

     3. On page 4, lines 4 and 5, strike "tax levied under this section" and insert in lieu thereof "offset amount allowed pursuant to this subsection".

     4. On page 4, line 5, before "licensee" insert "class B".

     5. On page 4, lines 7 and 8, strike "tax levied under this section" and insert in lieu thereof "offset amount allowed pursuant to this subsection".

     6. On page 5, line 16, after "section" insert "is appropriated and".

     7. On page 5, line 19, before the period insert ", and for expenditure for debt service on negotiable bonds issued for the capital improvements".

     8. On page 6, strike Section 3 in its entirety.

     9. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
